Kpp4u Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms of use for the kpp4u platform. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to all users of the kpp4u platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the kpp4u platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the kpp4u platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the kpp4u management. Your continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those updated terms.
The kpp4u platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above who are based in Malaysia. Users who do not meet the minimum age requirement are strictly prohibited from using this platform.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on kpp4u. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. The full name, phone number, and email address provided must belong to the user themselves — not to any other party.
Kpp4u reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the first withdrawal process or when unusual account activity is detected.
Password & Account Security
Users are solely responsible for the security of their password and account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless it can be proven that the account was accessed without authorisation.
Please contact the kpp4u support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Platform Usage Rules & Restrictions
Users agree to use the kpp4u platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
- Opening more than one account to unlawfully gain bonus or promotional advantages.
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Disrupting or attempting to breach the platform's security systems or infrastructure.
- Sharing content or information that is misleading, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of third parties.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of games or the fairness of the platform for other users.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice, and kpp4u reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
Payment, Deposit & MYR Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the kpp4u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, Boost, and local Malaysian bank transfers. kpp4u does not accept payments in foreign currencies.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the chosen payment method and may change from time to time. Users must ensure they are using a bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once user account verification is complete. kpp4u reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes or in compliance with fraud prevention procedures.
Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using a third-party account is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and freezing of funds.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Kpp4u is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, inaccurate information, or the actions of third parties.
The kpp4u platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Kpp4u's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Kpp4u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information during registration, or at the request of a competent authority.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the kpp4u support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for refund once all reviews have been completed.
In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud, kpp4u reserves the right to hold funds in the account pending the completion of an investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the kpp4u platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of kpp4u or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from management.
Third-Party Links & Services
The kpp4u platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. kpp4u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Kpp4u reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the kpp4u platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
